links, etc Homebuyers Ignore Risk of Climate Change Insurance Meltdown - Bloomberg this is nothing short of mind boggling to me. i shouldn’t be surprised by this but it’s clear we have a situation brewing where the idiocracy contingent expects the rest of us to bail them out of their climate selection crisis over the next few years. i’m thinking of FL and AZ specifically here. this will likely cause no small amount of friction in the coming years as the federal government is expected to be the insurer of last resort for bad decision makers....
