  there’s been a fair amount of attention on the AMOC recently. we’re at a loss for solid data points and models. it’s nice to see science poking at this and debating things. it’s also likely to be fodder for the climate deniers.

  this bears some additional scrutiny. lumen’s sitting on the most viable route-miles in the US. doubling down on fiber deployment is an interesting approach. it flies in the face of classic “value-add” in the service provider space.
