hallpass and more wireguard fu
there was a grip of vilifying tunnels in the context of IPvX transition mechanisms at NANOG last week. i’m largely a fan of tunneling … IFF you’ve got the chops to manage the configuration and the overlay routing state.
i was reading about some issue with mess with dns. there was an offhanded link to hallpass. which is an interesting, light, ssh service.
this led me down a rabbit hole of cool stuff that the fly.io folks have been doing with wireguard and their overlay for their microVMs.
