i’ve read so many arguments from either side of this debate. there’s nothing super definitive here. this is yet another politically charged assertion by the POTUS.

in reality, i think it’s going to depend heavily on your locale and the deal that’s been struck with the local power entities and the hyperscaler in question. i think you’re really at the mercy of the skills and savvy of your local PUC and utilities to manage the economics of things here.
